Helvi,
An interesting picture of these three Black Water Snakes, two females & a male, that would make me run quickly in the opposite direction of I spied them... Coming from a "Snake free" country I'm terrified at the thought of coming that close to one. Let alone three, interesting composition framing and lighting taken with superb camera techniques and sharp focus.

Hi Susan, These were non-poisonous snakes so I wasn't worried. If they had been poisonous I'd have been running in the opposite direction too! LOL Thank you so much for the great review. :o) Helvi

Fascinating image and info Helvi I never knew that before about these, lovely iamge of them and how they are entwined with each other and yes that male is only half the size, the light is perfect and shows them off very well!

A very nice shot that shows this behavior in great detail. The snakes fill the frame well and the colors are natural. An excellent shot with very good composition .

Hi Mike, I always walk slowly when I'm out taking pictures because you never know what you'll come across and I don't want to scare anything away. These snakes were not to far from the shoreline and the plant life on the shore almost hid them from view. I'm very glad I kept my eyes open and was able to capture them. Knowing you think I did a good job capturing them means a lot. Thanks for the Great Review! :o) Nancy

Quite a nice nature photo posted here! Your fine and central composition allows us a good look at your intertwined snakes. Exposure and sharpness are good. Nicely done!

Whoa! That's a deadly pack of rattles if I ever saw one. Sharp and clear. Brings reality up close and personal. Your models did an excellent job of creating balance of composition. Adding the touches of green in your frame was a great touch.

Hi Aurora, I have to say these snakes were in a very good position for me to grab a good shot of them. The snakes are not poisonous so I felt safe being around them. If I'm ever in doubt I keep my distance. Thanks for the wonderful review! :o) Helvi
