Your photos always seem to make me want to pack my bags. The depth of the landscape is excellent accentuated by the contrast in the clouds. Colors are natural. Details are sharp and well defined.

lol You have to admire the good old fashioned American sense of opportunity of somebody that puts a refreshment stand in the desert Nik. Beautiful colors with sharp contrast and crisp details all wrapped up in a sense of peace and solitude.

Your kind review is appreciated! Sorry, but I cannot properly answer your question. This is because it was nearly 5 years ago when I was there! I think they were selling Indian craft products.

Lovely photograph of the buttes and earthen ground(same color as my sculpting clay,of course).The tables with their overhead awnings;and,too,the bit of blue sky,above,between the clouds all enhance your endeavors.

The colors play off each other beautifully. It looks like the sky is has fallen down a bit and is resting on the ground. The only problem I see is the photo looks like it is going down hill. I would straighten it up a bit.

A teasing picture as I never imagined that there would be a market outside at that historic place - excellent capture - beautiful view point - you got a perfect sky bringing some perfect contrast in color and in movement into the scene

A beautiful atmospheric picture of Monument valley & the open air market as it is closing down before the sun starts to set under a blue sky with Mackerel clouds fanning out across the heavens creating the perfect contrasting backdrop to the iconic rock formations that make up Monument valley with the market stalls in the foreground. Beautiful composition framing and lighting taken with superb camera techniques and sharp focus.
