I still think your idea here is a great example of thinking outside the box. I love the feeling of movement in this work. I bought some large plate at Hobby Lobby that I thin might work for this. Look forward to trying it.

I like the yellowish core surrounded by dainty flowing features.
Fantabulous abstract rendition..
Harmonious colors. I like that tinge of pink adding life to the whitish overtone.

Cyber six for this one Suzanne, I think this is just fabulous, I love the white background allowing the yellow, pink and silvery grey and blue tones forming this flower to stand out. It's very well arranged on the coaster , it's much to pretty to hide under a drink, I would just display it where it could be admired! Well presented!

Wow Suzanne! Even without a lot of blue you can still get 6 stars from me with a beauty like this! This has a very 3-D look, appearing to be a sphere with a white, lacy outer layer, and the yellow flower-like object deep in the center. Beautiful work!

I'm really pleased you like this coaster - the balloon dip technique is really fun to use - my granddaughter, who is staying with me at the moment, is having a go too so we're busy painting, tie-dyeing, playing board games, etc.......oh, and collecting pebbles from the beach...... I love the way you experiment with colours and objects and the effects are stunning.This makes a great coaster and I can imagine the owner of such a coaster would be picking it up and spinning it to see the different effects that such colours and pattern would have..well done
