Loll, may be your truck made too much noise,
great snap shot, well cropped - perfect camera settings and applications - a dead tree and living birds in the same color give you a perfect harmony in this image
perfect contrast and lighting, good focus and for sure a natural wildlife scene to enjoy, well done

This is a rather large gathering of vultures in this dead tree. I think it is ironic that they chose a dead tree to perch on as they seek out dead things to devour. I love the silvery bark and branches.

Nice shot of the cape vultures in the tree, is there something dead near by? In focus, sharp details, and good DoF. Overall, a well done wildlife photograph.

I'm glad you convinced them that you weren't about to become carrion. A very nice composition with excellent detail in the vultures and natural looking colors.

It's certainly ok, maybe I'm missing the point but I think it's kind of ordinary. The composition could be better and the colours appear sort of ... washed out.
I don't think this is up to your usual standard to be honest. Sorry to be so harsh.

A very good nature photo posted here! Your fine and classical composition captures an enjoyable bird moment and scene. Like the action taking place and being suggested. Exposure and sharpness are good. Nicely done!

Ohp! They found prey ha ha!
You're brave Supergold, I gotta go to Botswana. I like to test my mortality by cliff jumping in the Colorado River in Nevada, U.S.A.
Getting close to ravenous vultures sounds pretty damn ballsy, but I would totally do it! Hats off to you I love this photo!

These cape vultures are not the most attractive birds to look at (I am reminded of them when I was on Safari in Africa) and they tend to hang out on dead tree limbs.
You have composed this image well and with interest as the vultures are in different positions. Good lighting. Thanks for sharing!

Wonder what they are upto. Must have spotted a carcass for feasting. Fine shot these scavenging birds! The colours and the composition have come out well. Good effort!
