Dedicated to Granddaddy

As a child I was my Grandfather's little shadow. He was a homebuilder/cabinetmaker and a Native American Indian, Cherokee. He only had a third grade education but was a master at his work. He could not read words, but corrected many blueprints that he insisted just would not work well. After many long days hangin' with Granddad he would relax by braiding my hair into what is known as 'dreadlocks' today. He married my Grandmother when she was 13 yrs. old, him 15. They never had much money but they had so much more. I will forever miss this great man for all his wisdom, faith, and tremendous love he shared with me. Just had a thought, wonder how Granddaddy likes the doo rag!!!!
