LowRider staged this shot in memory of childhood day--hat is bro's, given to LowRider--story of hat titled, 'Heart and Soul'.

LowRider and bro learned to shoot at early age, Pa's shotgun, so they shared, kind of like, who beat the crap out the other got gun for the day. Low got crap beat out of her one AM, bro left with gun, on horse at 7AM, he back 11AM; said he and other 5 want me to make them potted meat sandwiches, they be back 'round noon to eat. Low not happy 'cause bro treat her like girl and not one of guys as usual. She layin' and waitin', guys back and headed down to creek, Low sneak down to loosen girt on saddles on horses, she go make sandwiches out of canned dog food that look like potted meat, spread a bit of mustard on bread, packed for delivery down to stable. She mounted her horse, Jet, always riding bareback, unmounted to make the delicious delivery, lingered, awaiting first bite, all 6 took huge bites. Cuz hollered, "This taste like dog food!!" Low responded with such excitement, "It is dog food!!!!!" She did frog jump from back of Jet, heard in the background, "Let's git 'er!!" LowRider didn't want to get too far ahead 'cause she wanted to enjoy the rest of the guy's surprise, saddles slippin' under horse's belly, guys rollin' on the ground shoutin' some mighty colorful words. No females live close to Low, so she stood real tall that day, from that day, she was never left out as one of the guys. When Pa died, after his service, bro brought this shotgun to LowRider, said, "Baby Sis, you tha only one deservin' of this. Learned hard lesson from you that one day, grew infinite respect, learned most of all, no mess with Baby Sis, since and today, you my rock."
