I was working on this piece mainly just to practice on painting water. I continued changing the sky and began to add the ship but not intending on posting it. But my husband walked in and said he really liked it, which normally he will glance at my work but not make any remarks until I ask him ..LOL, With him saying he actually liked what I was working on I decided to add detail to the ship, the rigging made my eyes cross and I'm still seeing double LOL. Since I've never been on the open seas, which my husband has many times, he continued to give me advice as to the way the sky would look along with the water, he also gave me adivce on the ships details, so if I got any of this wrong you can blame him LOL
