This is a photograph of a last summer bee. I am not sure why it was sitting on a leaf because this bush was full of white flowers, but it was some sticky stuff on the leaves it probably was after. This photo is taken in full sunshine, but the bee was sitting a bit in the shade. Camera was hand held.
