This is what happens when you take photos of Peonies. I was armed with my macro lens talking photos of what ever I could find in my garden, when I suddenly noticed something small and pink at the tip of e Peony leaf. I thought they were lovely, like a decoration of pearls, and took a couple of shots. Then forgetting all about it. I thought it would fit this contest, because insect eggs must be all around us all the time, but we never see them, and when we probably don't photograph them. I am sorry I don't know what kind of insect that had put them there. It could of course also be eggs from snails.
