Minister telling lies to another Minister! my dad - a political satirist in the Ukrainian diaspora, Semen Telewny, used to say: the way the English get away with everything is because the left hand never knows what the right hand is doing! I never believed him, but have leant that he was far more astute than I could ever have imagined. Sadly I was never really into politics, so didn't have his grasp on situations, infact most of the time, didn't even notice.
