INFORMATION

Robotkin is a wonderfully musical name which I have 'adopted'... as it rolls off the tongue and brings back memories of my childhood spent in the East End of London where ones neighbours were immigrants from all over Europe.

But I digress!...I first took up "expressive art" as a therapy after I suffered a stroke.. and I must say it has helped me recover AND given me a reason to 'live again'...

I originally used water colours and acrylics but now I produce my "images/creations" by combining my camera and computer to produce the 'representations of my mind' ( what else can they be ?)...and that gives ME untold pleasure and also reflects some of the emotions and thoughts that occupy me daily...

I use my computer screen like a canvas, my mouse as a 'brush' and software as my media, to create a world of colours and shapes for my personal pleasure and (hopefully) for others as well...

Robotkin: It is difficult to share ones thoughts at any particular time of day as ones mind (mine anyway) races from minute/hour/day...

I must say that I find FANART' a welcome break in the day as it pleases me to see the talent, ideas, and imagination on display from members all over the world.

How different we all are and wouldn't it be great if we could all meet sometime in the future to share our common interests..

We are all familiar with the expression "time flies" and how true that is and really if you want to do something or be something NOW is the time to do it because before you know it it's too late !..
My thoughts are quite philosophical at present so please forgive me...Best wishes to all Rob X
