The topic for this photography contest is: The Dark Side of Beauty
Submit a photograph that somehow incorporates the topic. The photograph should clearly be about the topic. Creative approaches are welcomed. But contest voters will be asked to consider the topic when making a choice for a winner.
This is a photography contest. Edits of photography using software is permitted. No digital art or traditional artwork should be submitted.
There are many beautiful things in this world, but beauty can have a hidden dark side. An ugly side. I want you to take something beautiful and show the dark or ugly side of that which would normally portray beauty.
This contest is open to interpretation. Unique, creative approaches and 'thinking outside the square' is strongly encouraged; and THESE FACTORS SHOULD BE TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT IN THE VOTING PROCESS.
All topics/types of photography can be incorporated into this topic. Open your mind and imagination and do not limit yourself to what you know. Step out of your comfort zone and just see what you can achieve!
