I changed the usual orange of the Monarch to pink then traced, copied and pasted it on black background. I used the kaleidoscope filter to make a design and then used that design to make another one. After several rollovers I found one I liked. The only problem I had was not liking the center, so I cut it out and replaced it with a rose.

The rose was traced, copied and pasted. After a lot of experimenting I finally decided to use Glaussian Blur on the bottom rose. I covered the mist with two less transparent roses. I did the same thing with the outer ring of roses ,but without the mist.
