This image was originally a whole tree. I took a photo straight into the sun behind it. I used a Polaroid lens to take off most of the glare. When I started to work with it, it became smaller and smaller from cropping. I started to love the atmosphere, and after I had added the circle splash I was convinced. This was a scene from a fairytale. A Norwegian one, with small gnomes and other creatures lurking around in the bushes.
