This photo was taken last year in November. The ice had started to cover the pond. The thin layer gave the pond a very shiny look. This was late in the day and the sun was sitting low in the sky. I wanted to enhance the atmosphere, and added a selective yellow filter. The silvery pond turned to a golden pond.
