This is a great blue heron. I live close to a local fishing lake and I watch for these birds all the time. This day he was standing on this stump just watching around him. I keep the lens on him because I know he will do something. When he saw the fish he dove in and came up with this fish. He swam back to the stump and with little effort got back on the stump to eat his prey. I am using an Olympus E3 camera with a 70-300mm lens 750/sec f5.6 I don't remember the ISO, probably 500
