There are several lanes like this near where I live and I've been wanting to have a go at painting one of them for a while. Roger Bushnell posted a photograph of a leafy lane near where he lived and I reviewed it for him and said how much it looked like the lanes around here. He very kindly said I could use his photograph as a basis for my painting. I used water soluble oils for this on canvas board. Many thanks again, Roger.
