My daughter lives in New Zealand and there are many beautiful beaches nearby. This is one we visited quite often. I did this two or three years ago and posted it then but wasn't happy with the scan so have tried to re-do this.

I was trying to show the different shapes and colours created by the surf in the wet sand I used oil on canvas block.
