He was not begging. He was sitting outside a store selling cheep close, but he apparently could not afford to by some of it. He looked as if he had seen much better days and remembers them. His close was thorn and ill feeding; but clean. I ask if I could take his photo. He shook his shoulders not quite a yes, more a: Whatever, I do not care. I offered him money for the shot and he took it, but he had not asked for any. I tried to talk to him and ask his name; but he did not answer.
