The picture is my take on Igor Stravinskyâ??s Ballet The Firebird [1910] The Firebird, a version of the Phoenix, appears in many international fairytale. Igor Stravinsky ballet is based on the stories of the mythical bird and an unrelated Russian folk tale, the story of the sorcerer Kaschei.
