This bridge, Sandy Hook Bridge (Sandy Hook, TN), is on the books with the national historical landmarks. It is 1 of 500 bridges that are at least 100+ yrs. old here in the U.S. I came upon this beautiful spot by chance on the way to visit family. It has become a favorite spot to go when it's hot or just to have picknick. It is spring fed so the water is always clear. All the mature trees along the creek and the bridge make for a beautiful pic anytime of the year. I really got caught up about this spot when I found out that they are planning to level this beautiful piece of local history. I have taken many shots during all seasons.
Post Type: Mixed Media Photography
Mixed Media: Medium | Cropped,a little contrast and lightened just a little, soft focus from center out with some blur around, then a vingette in black. I also put the name and place of pic. This bridge is 1 of 500 oldest bridges left in the U.S. The bridge is over 100yrs old, and is set to be leveled in the very near future.
