My husband was on the garage roof chopping back a climber that had overtaken the roof and gutters originally growing in our neighbours property. I went out to give him a hand and saw the white fairy like seeds being picked up by the wind and carried down the lane, then I saw the seedpods. Grabbed a couple that were totally closed and put them to one side until I had time to get some photos. After a couple of days (must admit I forgot them) I noticed that the one pod had opened and was starting to scatter its seeds so grabbed the camera and tried to position it to show the whole pod and open one. I have absolutely no idea what the name of the climber is so if anyone knows would love to know.
