Painted Green Art Contest Contest Entry

This drawing was inspired by a friend's 1962 Corvette...I drew a few basic lines of the headlights, windshield, and fender then decided to go abstract using lines that would compliment the existing starting lines and to most effectively achieve the various shades for color depth and the texture I thought would compliment the lines I chose to use Prismacolor (color pencils). I chose a pale pink to accent the darker hues of greens to lend a lighter presence to balance the drawing.
