Looking over the plains

A chapter in the book Road Trip Holidays

I can see forever

We had driven most of the way up the hillside and then a short 1km walk to the Ngamadjidj Aboriginal Art Shelter, where the local tribes would meet and have campfires under the overhanging rocks. This is the view from that point, thick vegetation predominantly Australian eucalyptus trees and out to the canola fields of the farmers abutting the National Park. As you can see the weather was fairly threatening but eventually came good. You can count on Victoria providing 4 seasons in one day. F11 ISO400 1/400s
