Back in 2007, my husband and I visited a place called "out of africa" in Arizona. It was a fabulous place to observe wildlife that you just dont usually see. This was a bus where they give everyone a bit of veggie and with the hopes that the giraffe will come over to you and eat out of your hand. Well, disappointed he did not pick me, but that left me plenty of time to grab a few shots of him. As you can see, he was very close and very friendly. I did some cropping and some HDRish effects to bring him out a little better.
