If you ever drive through the Mani district in Peloponnesus in Greece, you will find a lot of these abandoned tower hoses. Mani are known for these houses, and even if a lot of them now are restored, also a lot of them are left alone like in this photo. Nothing to be seen in any direction. Just an abandoned tower house on a top of a hill. Nature will soon take over.
