I removed parts from the original photo and used the swirl tool in PS. Then I made a new green background and used a flood filter on it to gibe textures and DOFF. I added a Fractualis filter, and then run the whole image through Flaming Pear Flexify which is a plug in for PS. The butterflies were added, and then it was adjusted in Topaz Lens Effects. I hope you like this little green creation.
