The kangaroo paw flower is so named because the various sections creating the flower are a similar shape to the kangaroos paw. This one I decided to frame just the small inner section of the whole flower. These days the kangaroo paw is a popular plant in many suburban gardens and have been bred for domestic purposes some varieties are exported overseas.
