This is swan boy and all alone since his mate died last week. There are eggs there that will never hatch. After his late lunch of bread pieces, he's decided to go and take a dip in the lake. The shadows were getting long and I captured this very moody shot. I love how the shadows play on him and give him some mystique. I find the colors very nice and end of the day soft. Nikon D7000
