There were three juvenile blue herons on this nest. The other was being "don't look at me" like, so these two will be famous and not him :) There must have been a dozen or more rookeries in this one bush alone. All kinds of birds, Blue Herons, Tri-color herons, anhingas, White Egrets, cattle egrets. All were there and all had young or were getting ready to have young. Very strange for this time of year as it is middle May and they are still in full mating plumage and doing your mating dances. These guys will probably be gone in a couple of weeks. As they are getting very large now.
