these three juvenile blue herons are ready for some action, but have a couple of weeks yet before they leave their nest. Luckily all three made it to this point. Most often times there are gators waiting below for one to fall out while they can't fly. This is a rare sight indeed. Mother nature is grand! Nikon D7000; shot in shutter at 1600s; ISO 500
