These are white egrets.
These two were just too lovely to watch. He would go out and bring home another twig. Hand it to her and she would then proceed to build the nest. It has to be just perfect and he will stay and keep watch while she does this. He will then go out and get another. Mating and building a nest this late in the year is almost unheard of. But with the weather we've been having, looks like the birds are not done with their courting yet. We will continue to watch and make sure we (sange and I) to document.
