After the hottest summer for some time over 13 days of 40C plus we have finally got some cooler weather so I headed to the Botanical Gardens. Started off well but then the wind got up and made photography a little more challenging. This little green flower was on a long stem and it looked as though the plant had struggled to cope with the heat. No idea what it is as I couldn't find a sign near the plant.
