taken in Myanmar (Burma) where the ladies in the villages smoke these thick hand-made cigars; always walking with the coconut ashtray in order to avoid setting fire to the dry grass on the ground; ps: for the anonyms who send warnings: this is very similar but if you look at the eyes and position of the cigar, it is easy to see that it is a different pic;
