In spring all of us see very well the carpets of yellow Crocus, but how many bend down to study the pretty stamens and the pollen which has fallen from them. Or the small blue buds of Scillia hidden underneath. I never did myself until I started to photograph them and realized that it was so much more to them than what immediately meets the eye.
