Weekends are for fun. And the Renaissance festival brings that fun in abundance. As I mentioned before, people walk around and be whoever they wish to be.

Here my friend Pedro is dressed like a king. Literally. He made this outfit himself, from top to bottom. I think only the crown was purchased but embellished in some way. He has an outfit for each day at the fare. I look for him all the time to see what he has come up with. He does not disappoint.
