Isn't Mother Nature wonderful?! I love nothing better than stumbling upon a pretty wildflower that I am not familiar with, and here is one of them. It was growing in the brush alongside the ocean in Mattapoisett, MA. I just love the intense blue color and the contrast with the yellow. I did some research and found out that it is a Asiatic Daylily, aka Mouse Ears, from the family of Commelina Communis. Unfortunately, I haven't seen it since anywhere else.
