I never tire of trying to capture beautiful cats. Cats' eyes are mysterious and beautiful and are of many colours. A lot of cats' eyes are oval in shape but through breeding those of Western breeds have become more rounded whereas those of the Orientals are more slanted.
I used soft chalk pastels and pastel pencils on 12" x 9" pastel paper for this.
