I found this stone block with HUSBAND engraved in it in a sea wall that protects a property along the bay. Now the property is at risk because of erosion and the encroaching water of the bay. The owners were a couple in their 80's who had had the house over 60 years. Now sadly the wife is gone leaving the husband behind. What is one man's stone against the march of time but youthful arrogance?
