Nightmare or Truth?

That is like it feels in the in the shelters through a hurricane If you cannot see, but you hear the noise from outside your imagination might bungle.

The mixed media was created from four photos [ocean, clouds, city] taken through tropical storms. The original photos were cut, then treated with filters including distortion filters and brushes and adjusted in light and color. Some changes were made with paint brushes. The layers of collage were merged and the collage was cropped to the current format.
The four pictures on the left are the original photos I used, before they were edited in any way. The third photo from above is the original basic-photo [the first layer which was twisted and filtered]. The other three are the ones I cut additional waves, clouds and the buildings from. The two pictures beneath the finished mixed media are working steps on the original photo. I could not post all working steps since there are too many.
