Painting abstract is somewhat therapeutic in the way it releases an emotion of the unconscious. Good antidote for trauma, depression which are common maladies in this increasingly complex world.

This is an ink drawing done by me using Faber Castell Artist Pen Set - Pack of 8 (Black) and a red ink pen on Strathmore acid proof drawing paper 300gsm,size: 9"x12".

I have taken the theme of "Ganesha', the Hindu Elephant God of Learning and did an abstract rendering in a decorative Indian style. I applied a dash of red for relief and interest.
