Mixed Media: Minor | Photo of a doe and buck whitetail deer skulls with a single red rose. Scene was set up on an ice covered pond that had a coating of snow on top. Text and border were added,minor adjustment to reduce bluish cast to snow caused by shooting late in the afternoon in low light. Sharpened slightly.

Thought I would repost this slightly edited version and wish everyone a Happy Valentines? Day!
Originally set this shot up in the basement so I could get the placement of the skulls right. Then I had to take everything outside to the pond the next day when I got home from work.It had snowed a bit the night before,so I'd position the skulls on the pond,didn't like the placement,then had to move them over to another spot since I had already messed up the snow.The fact that the temp was only 14 degrees out made it fun-lol! Once I got the two skulls placed right,I added the single red rose.By the time I was done taking pictures,the rose was frozen and my fingers were getting a bit cold,too! :)
