View of some of my gardens from the 'Shed Bed'

....From the 'Shed Bed'

by PeglegDeb

I have to admit when I saw AV's pretty yellow SUNFLOWER piece earlier today I lamented right along w/ her about how much I missed my flowers...and how tired I was of winter so decided to post a piece taken right in front of the wood shed when there was obviously no snow.

Taken from behind what I call the 'Wood Shed Bed' on an absolutely stunningly beautiful mid-summer day you can see the rock ledge near upper left of the image where the 'Snake Hunters' found the snake I posted last week. I won't bore you w/ names of all the flowers except to say that two of my favorites here are the dark purple CLEMATIS on the trellis about mid-frame and the very tall swaying white CIMICIFUGA (just beginning to blossom) on the right.

BTW the state I live in is Vermont- broken down it is 'ver-mont' or Green Mountain and as seen in my image it is definitely green around and I can hardly wait until my gardens are no longer buried under snow but look like THIS again.
