Thought I would break up my endless flower images w/ a nice, cool winter one....especially considering the unusual heat wave we're experiencing in Vermont right now.

Was snowshoeing through the softwoods (mostly Cedar Trees) earlier this year and stopped at this spot. I really liked the soft patterns the limbs of the bare trees were casting on the snow .....the cathedral-like effect those branches were making above my head....and the pretty blue sky peaking through from above.
