Mixed Media: None | I am trying to loosen up my strokes and my washes using watercolors. It is much harder than I anticipated to get the soft blends I am looking for. I think this one is better than the first but I think for my next one I am going to try a different surface...maybe canvas that I prep with gesso. My reading also tells me to try the more expensive heavier weight hot press paper. I want to consume what I have on hand before I have to order that. Maybe by then I will have a better handle on this medium.
