I used a 6" x 4" canvas block for this. I mixed different pots of acrylic paint with PVA glue and a few drops of coconut milk, poured some from each into a separate pot and flipped this on to the canvas. I then lifted this and tipped the canvas to mingle the paints and create cells and shapes, finishing off by tweaking with a cocktail stick. Still having fun! Some of the colours didn't actually photograph very well, I don't know why.
