My brother lives in Norfolk and I remember visiting Snettisham and amazement at the birds as they rose up and literally danced in the sky. You can look this up on You Tube. This painting is my interpretation of what I remember. Snettisham is on the Wash and the sea goes well out leaving sandbanks and flats.
