Last year while driving down to the neighbhouring town of Pune, flanked by verdant fields and garden on both sides of the 100 ile stretch, I stopped by to pick up these healthy fruits. They were organic and one may not find them very appealing visually. But they were as sweet and delicious as one can get anywhere in the world. And very inexpensive too at half the prices in the market. The old farmer was too happy to select and give me the best fruits.
