One of my favourite areas. This beach is long, goes nearly all round the island of Culatra from the East Atlantic tip towards the Fisher harbour and westward to the village of Farol where the lighthouse and main entrance to the inner anchorage is.
The sand is fine and clean surrounded by dunes with much flora. The sea is more often placid than rough. I take many photographs while walking and this painting is a combination of memory and reference to them with a bit of artistic license. It is available from my studio in Portugal. 250?
