This is Haines. He is one of the three brown bears, also known as grizzlies, at the Minnesota Zoo.
He was an orphan found roaming the porches and yards near a town in Haines, Alaska. He has a calm and easy going disposition and enjoys swimming in the pool.

Grizzly bears have been around the world for hundreds of thousands of years. They are tied with Polar bears as the world's largest land dwelling meat eater.
